Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
- Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
- Maintain databases of clients and grow each new sale into a strong account reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s Degree with at least 5 years of account management or business development experience in the IT industry. Experience in selling cybersecurity is essential, and experience in selling security services is preferred.
- Skilled in Solution Selling, Project Selling, and Channel Management.
- Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented team player with high integrity, target focus, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in German.
