- Operations Management & Cost Control
- Optimize the contract manufacturing management system, monitor OEM / ODM partners for quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency, ensuring products meet international and regional standards.
- Enhance digital operations management to improve inventory turnover, order fulfillment efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion & Brand Building
- Lead global channel development (e-commerce platforms, offline retail chains, regional distributors), benchmark against category leaders like Dyson and SharkNinja, and formulate differentiated marketing strategies.
- Participate in brand integration efforts and global brand promotion campaigns to enhance recognition of kitchen appliances and air purification small home appliances in target markets.
- Team & Organizational Development
- Based on global planning, build an international operations team and establish mechanisms to foster an entrepreneurial culture, enhancing cross-functional collaboration efficiency.
- Financial & Risk Management
- Review annual budgets and fund allocation plans, monitor key financial metrics such as gross margin and net profit margin to ensure profitability targets are met.

Job Requirements : Qualifications
Educational Background

Professional Experience
1. Over 15 years of experience in the home appliance industry, including more than 5 years as a key operator in multinational enterprises or industrial initiatives, with a proven track record in building new business sectors and driving rapid scale expansion.
2. Familiar with kitchen and home appliance categories; experience in contract manufacturing management and overseas channel partnerships (e.g., Amazon, Costco, regional retail giants).
Management Experience
Over 5 years of experience in overseas management and international business operations.
