international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Infrastructure Management /h3 ul liManage, maintain and evolve enterprise Linux infrastructures based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Debian platforms. /li liSupport the administration and optimization of containerized environments based on Docker and Kubernetes. /li liEnsure system reliability, availability and performance through proactive infrastructure management and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liContribute to patch management, system hardening and infrastructure lifecycle activities. /li /ul h3Observability Monitoring /h3 ul liDesign, implement and manage enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. /li liDevelop dashboards, alerts and reports to provide actionable insights into system performance, availability and operational health. /li liManage and optimize monitoring platforms including Splunk, Icinga, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace and related technologies. /li liImplement automated monitoring solutions for infrastructure, applications and business-critical services. /li liSupport the evolution of observability frameworks through the adoption of industry best practices. /li /ul h3Automation DevOps Integration /h3 ul liEmploy DevOps and Infrastructure as Code best practices to automate deployment, configuration, monitoring and operational processes. /li liDesign and maintain automation workflows using Ansible, Terraform and Python. /li liIntegrate monitoring and observability solutions within CI/CD pipelines and operational processes. /li liPromote operational excellence through automation and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Scripting Integration /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain scripts to automate operational tasks and system integrations. /li liIntegrate monitoring, CMDB and ITSM platforms through APIs and automated workflows. /li liSupport data consistency and process standardization across multiple infrastructure platforms. /li /ul h3Configuration Asset Management /h3 ul liSupport the administration and maintenance of configuration management databases (CMDB), preferably Device42. /li liEnsure accurate asset inventory, dependency mapping and infrastructure documentation. /li liContribute to configuration governance and operational best practices. /li /ul h3Security Compliance /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and management of solutions for the centralized administration of secrets, credentials, keys and digital certificates. /li liCollaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure monitoring complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements. /li liSupport auditing, reporting and compliance-related initiatives. /li /ul h3Collaboration Documentation /h3 ul liAct as a subject matter expert for infrastructure monitoring and observability technologies. /li liProduce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational guidelines. /li liCollaborate with infrastructure, development, security and operations teams to ensure service excellence and operational resilience. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liProven experience in infrastructure administration, monitoring and observability in enterprise environments. /li liSolid background in DevOps methodologies, automation and operational excellence practices. /li liHands‑on experience with infrastructure monitoring, logging and alerting platforms. /li liExperience working in complex and highly available environments. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of Linux system administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Debian. /li liExperience managing Docker and Kubernetes platforms. /li liStrong expertise with Splunk for log management, monitoring and dashboard development. /li liExperience with Icinga, Zabbix, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana and similar observability tools. /li liFamiliarity with monitoring concepts including metrics, logs, traces, alerting and performance analysis. /li liExperience with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation and patch management. /li liKnowledge of CMDB platforms, preferably Device42. /li liExperience with centralized solutions for managing credentials, secrets and certificates. /li liProficiency in Python scripting and automation. /li liGood knowledge of Git and version control practices. /li liExperience designing and implementing automated web monitoring and application health checks. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong liExperience in financial services, banking or other highly regulated industries. /li liPrevious experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering roles. /li liExperience defining enterprise monitoring and observability frameworks. /li liKnowledge of ITIL processes and operational governance frameworks. /li liRelevant certifications in Linux,
