• Diverse Project Portfolio: Exciting tasks in the areas of Digital Products, Digital Experience, and Digital Branding for both large and small accounts
• Conception & Vision: Responsibility for the vision, strategy, conception, and implementation of the user experience for our clients' digital products
• Craft & Prototyping: Creation of information architecture, use cases, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes in Figma
• Product Optimization: Regular analysis, user testing, and continuous optimization of digital products, interfaces, and processes

What you bring

• Professional Experience & UX/UI Expertise: You have at least three years of professional experience (ideally in an agency environment) and excellent knowledge in the areas of user experience, interface, and interaction design
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: You are a quick learner, find efficient approaches to solutions, and communicate effectively within the team. You bring a healthy mix of pragmatism and perfectionism. Scrum and Kanban are second nature to you
• Passion & Empathy: You are passionate about designing digital products and have experience with (remote) user testing and evaluating tracking tools such as Google Analytics
• Tools & Technology: You are proficient in Figma, Miro, standard Adobe software, and have practical experience with Generative AI & prompting. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript helps you communicate at eye level with our tech teams
• Curiosity & Trend Awareness: You always remain open to new digital trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design methods
• Strong Portfolio: You have an inspiring portfolio that not only shows finished interfaces, but also reveals your actual thinking and problem-solving process from problem to prototype
