Описание: An early-stage, AI-driven technology company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and scale reliable, secure cloud infrastructure. This is a high-ownership role focused on infrastructure, automation and enabling engineering teams to deploy quickly and efficiently. The company is building an AI-powered platform serving businesses across Europe, with a strong focus on innovation, automation and operational efficiency.

Задачи

Design, build and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, driving continuous improvement and automation. Establish infrastructure-as-code practices across engineering teams. Collaborate with product and AI engineers to enable reliable and frequent deployments. Monitor system performance, manage incidents and lead post-mortems. Implement observability solutions across logs, metrics and traces. Maintain security and compliance standards across infrastructure. Balance immediate delivery with long-term architectural improvements.

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Cloud Infrastructure roles, ideally within a startup or scale-up.
• Proven experience owning infrastructure end-to-end and delivering measurable improvements.
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot or Claude, with the ability to review and validate generated code.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
• Containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI or ArgoCD.
• Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Observability, monitoring, SLOs and incident management.
• Understanding of cloud security, authentication, secrets management and secure development practices.
• Experience in high-growth environments is advantageous
• Python experience is advantageous
• German language skills are a plus
