About Us

This organisation designs and delivers customer experience solutions that combine hardware and software to manage mail, parcels and customer communications at scale. The product set includes parcel locker hardware, mailing systems and shipping software alongside process automation and customer communication platforms used by enterprise logistics and manufacturing clients. Operations span product engineering, software development and field deployment, with the headquarters located in Bagneux, France and global delivery to high-volume distribution environments.

Job Description

Lead the technical analysis and design for divestment activities covering applications, integrations and infrastructure. Drive discovery to define which assets must be separated or transitioned and produce pragmatic migration approaches that preserve customer continuity. Translate complex technical constraints into concise options, risk statements and effort estimates to support commercial and programme decisions. Collaborate with engineering, product and operations to validate designs, produce cutover and rollback plans, and oversee technical execution through data extraction, environment provisioning and integration testing until stable handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end technical discovery for assets scheduled for divestment and document separation scopes.
  • Map integrations, data flows and infrastructure dependencies across affected systems to identify risks.
  • Develop migration strategies, cutover schedules and rollback plans that prioritise business continuity.
  • Prepare succinct technical assessments with effort estimates, constraints and recommended mitigations to inform stakeholders.
  • Coordinate design validation with engineering, product, security and operations teams to confirm readiness criteria.
  • Provide technical oversight during data extraction, environment builds and integration testing phases.
  • Create configuration documentation, runbooks and operational handover materials for the receiving teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a technical business analyst, solution analyst or similar role on application separations, carve-outs or portfolio migrations.
  • Demonstrable ability to map complex integrations and data flows across distributed systems and hosting environments.
  • Track record of producing migration, cutover and rollback plans with test strategies and validation criteria.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience presenting technical options to commercial and programme leaders.
  • Practical experience working alongside engineering and operations teams during execution phases.
  • Technical literacy in software architectures, APIs, data schemas and hosting platforms sufficient to challenge estimates and designs.
  • Relevant certifications or equivalent hands‑on experience in systems integration, cloud hosting or data migration are desirable.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Structured professional development and training allowances to support career progression.
  • Opportunities to lead high-visibility divestment programmes with measurable organisational impact.
  • Flexible working arrangements and a hybrid model centred on the London office.
  • Comprehensive pension plan and standard statutory benefits for UK employees.
  • Access to enterprise tools, documentation and technical environments needed to execute the role effectively.

Other

This role provides a strategic opportunity to define and deliver the technical separation of critical systems that underpin customer experience and operational continuity. Candidates who have led carve-outs, large-scale migrations or complex integration rewrites will find this role particularly impactful and visible within the organisation.
