We are a leading international manufacturing business undergoing a large-scale ERP transformation programme across multiple sites and functions. As part of this journey, we are implementing Infor M3 to modernise and standardise core operational processes across supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, finance and business operations.
We are looking for an experienced ERP Test Manager to join the programme and take ownership of SIT and UAT testing activities within a fast-paced delivery environment. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful programme execution and business readiness ahead of key deployment milestones.
Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on ERP Test Manager with strong experience delivering testing across complex ERP implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SIT and UAT planning, execution and governance across multiple workstreams within the programme.
This role requires a pragmatic and delivery‑focused individual who is comfortable operating within a dynamic programme environment, working closely with PMO, business stakeholders, system integrators and technical teams to ensure testing activities are delivered successfully.
The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP programme experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to quickly bring structure, visibility and pace to testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end‑to‑end SIT and UAT testing lifecycle across the ERP programme
- Develop and maintain detailed test strategies, test plans, schedules and reporting
- Coordinate testing activities across business, functional and technical workstreams
- Define and manage test entry and exit criteria
- Drive defect management, triage and resolution processes
- Produce regular status reporting, RAID logs and risk assessments for programme leadership
- Work closely with PMO, programme leadership, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure testing readiness
- Ensure alignment across environments, test data and integration testing activities
- Support business readiness and go‑live preparation activities
- Identify testing risks, dependencies and mitigation plans proactively
- Drive accountability and delivery across all testing activities
Requirements
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager within large‑scale ERP implementation programmes
- Strong experience managing SIT and UAT phases end‑to‑end
- Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain or operational environments
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and integrations
- Experience managing defects, test governance and stakeholder reporting
- Ability to work hands‑on within fast‑paced programme environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional business and technical teams
Desirable Experience
- Infor M3 implementation experience
- Experience working within international or multi‑site ERP programmes
- Experience within food manufacturing or production environments
- Exposure to third‑party systems integrators and offshore delivery teams
- Experience supporting ERP go‑live and hypercare activities
