Job Opportunity: SAP S / 4HANA Finance & Controlling Manager (w / m / d)

On behalf of our client, one of the leading auditing and consulting firms with over 15,000 employees in Germany, we are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Finance specialist who is both technically and professionally confident and willing to take responsibility in large-scale transformation projects.

The role involves managing end-to-end transformation projects in the SAP environment, focusing on industrial clients – from process consulting to technical implementation – acting strategically and operationally.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and actively participate in large end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA Finance & Controlling projects, especially for industrial clients.
2. Analyze, design, and optimize financial processes in FI & CO modules.
3. Develop sustainable target architectures for finance IT and support system selection and implementation.
4. Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, and present to decision-makers.
5. Contribute to the digital transformation of large companies, including migration, data modeling, and reporting.
6. Participate in proposal processes, create technical concepts, and assume (partial) project responsibilities.
7. Bring several years of professional experience in SAP Finance & Controlling, ideally in consulting.
8. Have a deep understanding of S / 4HANA Finance, business processes, and system architectures.
9. Experience with transformation projects and complex client landscapes, preferably in industry.
10. Ideally possess knowledge of SAC, Group Reporting, or BTP.
11. Exhibit high communication skills and a confident demeanor at management level.
12. Willingness to travel and excellent German and English language skills.
