Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager (m/w/d) for Germany to manage our existing customer base. Responsibilities include advising and developing current clients, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and collaborating closely with marketing and project teams. Candidates should have experience in ERP sales, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a strong network. Responsibilities
- Intensive management of existing customers to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Identifying and closing additional potential for license sales and services
- Achieving high coverage of maintenance/support contracts
- Working closely with the services team, IBS marketing to ensure regular contact and provide relevant information, as well as with external partners and agencies
- Developing strategies for individual sales opportunities and implementing targeted approaches for customer development based on product marketing
- Responsible for timely reporting of all sales activities and regular sales forecasting
Candidate Profile
- Preferably a completed Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration or a commercial apprenticeship
- At least five years of proven successful sales experience in the ERP environment or related fields
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Outstanding presentation and rhetoric skills
- Participation in various sales training (e.g., solution selling) is advantageous
- Self-responsible and structured work approach, flexibility, and team- and solution-oriented engagement
- Fluent German and good to very good English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel
