You will participate in customer meetings, technical demonstrations, workshops and Proofs of Concept while progressively developing the technical and business skills required to manage your own opportunities. /ppbThe objective is clear: grow into an autonomous Fortinet Systems Engineer while immediately adding technical capacity to the iRAM team. /b /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the iRAM Sales Team /liliWork closely with iRAM Account Managers and experienced Systems Engineers on customer opportunities. /liliAssist with technical discovery and qualification of customer requirements. /liliPrepare technical presentations, demonstrations and solution proposals. /liliParticipate in customer meetings and workshops, initially alongside senior SEs and progressively taking greater ownership. /liliHelp answer technical questions and coordinate with Fortinet specialists when deeper expertise is required. /liliFollow up on technical actions generated during customer engagements. /liliTechnical Demonstrations PoCs /liliBuild and maintain demonstration environments. /liliSupport customer Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and evaluations. /liliAssist in defining test scenarios and success criteria. /liliConfigure Fortinet solutions in lab and customer environments. /liliTroubleshoot technical issues with guidance from experienced SEs when needed. /liliDocument configurations, test results and technical outcomes. /liliDevelop Fortinet Platform Expertise /li /ulh3Build hands-on expertise across the Fortinet Security Fabric, starting with core technologies such as: /h3ulliFortiGate /liliSecure Networking /liliSD-WAN /liliVPN /liliFortiSwitch /liliFortiAP /liliFortiManager /liliFortiClient / ZTNA /liliFortiSASE /liliFortiGuard Security Services /li /ulpThe expectation is not to be an expert across the portfolio from day one.
