Overview
In this role, you will lead district channel development in West Germany, aligning direct sales and channel partners to unlock growth. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to build district plans, drive targeted sales activities, and manage executive relationships. The position focuses on shaping channel-led growth in a complex market, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, planning, and performance against quotas. You’ll operate in a flexible, remote-friendly environment within a global cybersecurity leader.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the District as a virtual team head and orchestrate Sales Business Units and Channel activities
- Identify growth opportunities for the District in collaboration with Direct Sales and Channel Account Managers
- Select partners to collaborate with and develop growth plans with CAM support
- Create annual/quarterly growth plans with clear priorities
- Drive sales activities with support from Direct Sales, CAMs, and Partners
- Develop and manage district relationships with key executives and influencers
- Prepare and execute district growth plans to achieve and exceed quota
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for complex projects and initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong experience as a Direct Sales Account Manager in IT, preferably security
- Experience in a Channel-facing role (Partner Manager or Channel Leader) preferred
- Experience leading virtual teams
- Proven ability to orchestrate complex projects and organizations
- Self-reliant, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong German IT market knowledge and channel-led business understanding
- Excellent relationship-building in the German IT Channel landscape (plus)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong communication (German & English)
- Detail-oriented with accuracy; able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Strong presentation and project management skills; proficiency in German & English
