Overview
In this role you will lead Fortinet’s Germany Business Development team to generate and qualify new opportunities in a fast-growing cybersecurity market. You’ll partner with sales to drive pipeline, coach BDRs, and ensure data-driven targeting and reporting. You’ll work with internal partners to align strategies and contribute to a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on leadership role at a global pioneer shaping the intersection of networking and security.

- Manage and coach a team of Business Development Representatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure policy adherence
- Drive hitting targets and KPIs through data analysis and trend identification
- Lead or participate in projects guided by the BD Director and provide recommendations
- Prepare and analyze accurate reporting and engage with internal customers and partners
- Lead by example to foster collaboration and accountability
