Overview
As Channel System Engineer in the Zurich area, you will enable partners and clients to realize the technical value of our cybersecurity solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to design secure deployments, drive pre-sales support, and ensure successful integration and ongoing support. You will act as a technical thought leader, translating complex concepts into business value and shaping security architectures. This role offers hands-on design, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration at scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Technical pre-sales support: conduct product demos, POCs, and presentations for partners and customers
- Design custom security solutions with channel sales to meet client requirements
- Address partner queries with practical, business-aligned solutions
- Channel partner enablement: deliver training and enablement sessions; develop technical materials and toolkits
- Stay current with cybersecurity products and trends to support partners as a technical authority
- Solution design & architecture: architect and implement security solutions including threat detection, firewall, endpoint, and cloud security
- Provide implementation support and troubleshoot integrations into client environments
- Technical account management: act as technical advisor to channel partners, maximize product adoption and satisfaction
- Cross-functional collaboration: relay customer feedback to product/R&D and assist with deployment optimizations
- Support creation of technical marketing content (whitepapers, case studies, product guides) to aid channel efforts
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Min. 5 years in system engineering, solution architecture, or technical support in cybersecurity/IT
- Experience in pre-sales with channel partners or VARs
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security, and cloud security
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
