Desktop Support - Straubing

I am hiring for a Desktop Support Technician.

Location: Straubing, Germany

Staff needed: 2 people

Duration: 4 Months

Responsibilities:

• Application of skills and company policies/procedures
• Wide range of tasks, including computer hardware, software, and operating system support
• Maintain ticket updates for all work
• Provide user support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge and experience with End User Devices and Hardware
• Work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of IT experience
• Level 2/3 technician certification
• Certifications such as A+, Server+, and other OEM server certifications
• Valid work permit
• Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level)
• Reside in the area and have full working rights

Salary: Depends on experience
