About the job We are looking for a Senior Consultant that will act as an IT Business Analyst to contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions within complex and fast-paced client environments across Swiss Romandie . In this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, translated into functional and technical specifications, and effectively delivered. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify processes, gaps, and improvement opportunities Support solution design in collaboration with IT and development teams Perform impact analysis and ensure traceability of requirements Prepare and execute test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives Support project managers in monitoring scope, risks, and deliverables Production support and Product Lifecycle Required Qualifications University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
