The Institutional Communities team cultivates and develops the Forum’s vanguard business leadership communities, including the International Business Council and the Community of Chairpersons, through key insights and high‑touch interactions. The team works across the business organization, centres, and flagship initiatives to drive the Forum’s mission and strategic objectives. Responsibilities
Community Strategy and Events
Lead the planning and delivery of Institutional Communities sessions at the Partner Advisory Group Meeting 2026 and Annual Meeting 2027, and other key events as relevant. Work closely with the Managing Director, the Head of Institutional Communities, and Specialist Institutional Communities, to deliver Steering and Executive Committee Meetings, preparing relevant briefing materials and identifying opportunities for thematic topics to feature in event programming. Support the Head of Institutional Communities in delivering the communities’ strategic priorities and activities, with a particular focus on institutional events. Work closely with team members in the preparation and delivery of sessions to ensure high‑quality outcomes. Represent the team’s work across business and centre teams. Integrate AI into day‑to‑day efforts to bring efficiency and innovation to the team’s efforts. Community Engagement and Development
Drive community engagement and development processes, collaborating with internal focal points (from Business Engagement, Partner Development, and other stakeholders) to monitor member growth and retention. Lead the engagement and consultations with external stakeholders from community member companies to deepen relationships with Partner Representatives/Main Contacts, particularly during the Partner Advisory Group Meeting. Collaborate with relevant Centres to shape community programming and drive engagement. Monitor key developments related to community members and identify strategic opportunities to inform engagement efforts. Draft key communications, talking points, marketing materials, concept notes, presentations as required. Preferred Requirements
Advanced degree in a relevant field. 6+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, community management, ideally in an international or multi‑stakeholder environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience delivering high‑profile events. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
