Your Key Responsibilities

1. Implementing health and safety standards within your area and promoting a local culture of health and safety.
2. Acquiring knowledge of specific overarching processes and activities at the site.
3. Timely data capture through regular updates of operational metrics in your inventory control and system environment.
4. Meeting productivity targets, reducing costs per unit, minimizing errors, and ensuring an exceptional customer purchasing experience.
5. Close collaboration with other departments (HR, Finance, Facility Management, Security, IT) concerning staffing and schedules, as well as performance levels.

Your Profile

1. At least two years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position, e.g., in manufacturing, production, or logistics.
2. A bachelor’s degree (BA), FH, or university degree in business administration, logistics, or a similar field, or an equivalent qualification.
3. Proven experience in leading large, diverse teams.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German and English.
5. A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to conduct root cause analyses and evaluate the resulting data.
6. Enthusiasm for process optimization and viewing changes as opportunities for growth.
7. Previous leadership experience.
8. Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
9. A commitment to long-term placement at the site or already being rooted in the region.
