(Senior) UX UI Designer (m/f/d) in Bad Birnbach

• Design interfaces across multiple platforms - spanning web, mobile, app and embedded software
• Independently manage design work packages within the product roadmap
• Drive innovative, complex features that leave plenty of room for your individual creativity
• Develop user-centered strategies and concepts and deliver top-quality experiences
• Build early-stage prototypes to validate concepts
• Conduct design research, user interviews and usability testing
• Ownership from concept to development handshake

Your Experience

• Degree in UX UI Design, Industrial Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience on B2B and/or B2C products, working in dynamic, agile, collaborative environments
• Very strong skills in UX/UI design - incl. responsiveness, UX writing and design systems
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, from early research to pixel-perfect execution
• Experience collaborating closely with development on cross-platform interfaces
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Practice of documentation, e.g. via Confluence and Jira
• Fluent English required; German is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools in the design process or vibe coding
• Familiarity with AR/VR, spatial UX or immersive environments, embedded interfaces and multi-sensory devices (physical interactions)
• Experience in workshop co-creation and facilitation with users or stakeholders
• Basic coding experience supporting close collaboration with development
