Description: A global technology business is seeking a committed and commercially minded lawyer to join their EMEA Legal team. The role focuses on supporting sales activities in Germany and Switzerland by negotiating complex B2B transactions, software licensing, and services agreements. The successful candidate will act as a trusted legal advisor on data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance while contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess at least 5+ years (preferably 8+) of experience in commercial and corporate law, gained at a leading law firm or within an international company.
