About The Role
You own the operational backbone of a multi-entity, multi-country employer: full compliance with local regulations everywhere we employ people, flawless payroll and benefits, management of our EOR partners, and a structured hiring process across countries. You run it hands‑on and end to end, and you report directly to the CEO. You're supported by a part‑time recruiter and a dedicated office manager (0.4 FTE), so sourcing and office management are off your plate. The focus is execution, not culture and strategy work. This role is about making a complex international setup run flawlessly.
What You'll Do
- Own employment compliance: Full compliance with local regulations across our own entities, EOR markets, and freelance engagements. Contracts, policies, working time, terminations, statutory obligations.
- Oversee payroll and benefits: Accurate, on‑time payroll across all entities and providers. Benefits administered end to end with Finance and external providers. Audit‑ready at all times.
- Manage the EOR setup: Service quality, cost, onboarding and offboarding, and the call on when a market moves
