Founderland is seeking an early-stage founder to join us as a New Entrepreneur through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. This is a six-month entrepreneurial exchange based in Berlin, hosted by Deborah Choi, Managing Director of Founderland. The exchange is designed for founders who are actively building their own venture and want hands-on exposure to ecosystem building, partnerships, product development, and programme execution within a high-impact European organisation.
What you’ll work on

Programming and operations support across Founderland initiatives

Supporting key priority projects such as the Founderland Forward Grants, community partnerships, and PAM commercialisation

Contributing to product, partnerships, or programme design depending on your strengths

Applying structured project management to move initiatives from idea to execution

Developing your own startup in parallel, with clear progress over the exchange period
Who this is for
-
An early-stage entrepreneur who is planning or has recently started a business (in line with EYE eligibility rules)

Comfortable working with tools such as OpenAI, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, and Loom

Strong project management skills and ability to work independently

Fluent in English

Willing and able to be based in Berlin for the duration of the exchange, with a hybrid work setup
What success looks like after 6 months

Tangible progress on your own startup or business concept

Clear ownership and delivery of defined Founderland initiatives

Strong understanding of how partnerships, programmes, and products are built and scaled in practice
This exchange is part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme. Participation is free of charge. Financial support is provided through the programme via your local contact point. Interested candidates can initially send a CV and short motivation letter directly to Founderland. Please note that a formal application must also be submitted via the official Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs platform to be eligible for the exchange.
