Four Seasons in Gstaad is seeking a Security and Safety Manager to lead the hotel’s security function, safeguarding guests, employees, assets and property. Reporting to the General Manager, you will own day-to-day security operations, risk management, emergency preparedness and crisis response as a Department Head.
Joining the pre-opening team in March 2027, you will build a proactive security culture and coordinate with police and emergency services.
