Requirements

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Collaboration with various internal teams, such as sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure a smooth customer experience when processing trades and resolving issues
▪ Training and supporting Corpay customers regarding relevant processes to reduce their future reliance on support and the number of inquiries
▪ Support efficient cash flow through timely collection of open receivables
▪ Monitoring, tracking, and reporting of open trades requiring wire instructions
▪ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR and CASS regulations
▪ Independent handling of minor complaints in collaboration with dealers, escalating larger complaints to the complaints department and the client support management
▪ Escalation of suspected non-settlements to client support management
▪ Ensuring current and correct process documentation for all tasks is available and regularly maintained
▪ Promoting the use of the online platform by customers to increase security and strengthen their independence, referring customers for online demonstrations to the cross-border team to reduce inquiries and manual processes
▪ Central point of contact for managing and resolving compliance inquiries, both internally and in relation to banks
▪ Monitoring and central coordination of payment inquiries and investigations via Salesforce
▪ Creating error and incident reports from the perspective of the client support team
▪ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system and documenting all customer contacts and transactions
▪ Continuously developing recommendations and process improvements for sustainable enhancement of customer experience
▪ Close collaboration with dealers and supporting them and their customers as the first point of contact
▪ Building, maintaining, and further developing customer relationships through outstanding service
