Sales Manager DACH, Digital Signage (REMOTE) in Hofheim am Taunus

Responsibilities

• Win new customers across the Digital Signage and DOOH ecosystem in DACH

• Manage and grow existing strategic accounts, expanding them over time

• Build relationships with DOOH operators, system integrators and other key industry players

• Shape and execute the company's DACH go-to-market and sales plan with the team

• Run complex solution sales end to end, from opportunity development and technical scoping through negotiation and close

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast

• Bring customer and market insight to product and engineering teams

• Represent the company at key Digital Signage and DOOH events across DACH

• Generate more than €1M in new regional sales within roughly 18 months while growing existing key accounts

Requirements

Must Have

• Around 10 years of experience in the Digital Signage and/or DOOH industry; candidates with 7+ years and a strong, proven network may also be considered

• Experience at a DOOH operator or media owner, Digital Signage integrator, or professional display or hardware manufacturer

• Most experience gained in the German market

• Track record in B2B solution sales involving hardware, software, integration and customer-specific requirements

• Established relationships with relevant decision-makers in the German Digital Signage or DOOH ecosystem

• Hunter’s drive to open new accounts combined with the patience to develop existing customers

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a market-building role

• Native-level or fluent German

• Excellent English

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships in Austria and Switzerland

• Experience with direct competitors, DOOH operators or media owners, or Digital Signage integrators

• Potential to grow into leading the DACH region
