Dry Cargo Broker

We are seeking experienced, successful shipbrokers for the expansion and development of our Handysize, Supramax and Panamax Teams in Hamburg and Dubai.

The dynamic shipping professional we are looking for thrives in a busy environment and is characterized by excellent team spirit as well as focus on individual performance.

Further personal traits will preferably be:

• Strong personal drive and initiative
• An outgoing, adaptable, and self-motivating personality
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Thorough existing knowledge of various markets and commodities within the dry cargo segments
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• At least 5 years of relevant shipbroking and maritime experience

The job

As part of the Frachtcontor Dry Cargo team you will be responsible for developing new business possibilities in the various chartering segments but also be closely involved with our day to day business with our portfolio of established clients including all the specific tasks this entails.
