What awaits youWithin our Internal Sales team, you play a central role between our clients, production, and the various company departments.Your main responsibilities:Ensure the processing and follow-up of offers and orders.Compile product plans in our CAD software from pre-existing libraries.Advise and support our clients by phone, email, and in our showroom.Participate in the daily management of phone calls and emails.Handle after-sales service requests and ensure their follow-up. Your profileCarpenter with a flair for commercial/administrative activities or commercial training with a flair for technical matters You also bring:an excellent command of French with good oral knowledge of German, or vice versa;a strong customer service orientation;organisation, rigour, and autonomy;a team spirit and a positive attitude;the ability to manage several files simultaneously with calm and efficiency.
