This isn't just another Security Manager position—you'll have the autonomy to establish best practices, enhance existing programmes, and drive the future of security operations across multiple sites.

What You'll Do

• Lead security operations across multiple European sites, managing both in-house and contracted security teams.
• Oversee workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and development.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and security metrics to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute the regional security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the primary escalation point for security matters and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Foster a high-performing, innovative, and collaborative security culture.
• Identify security risks and implement scalable, practical solutions that balance protection and business needs.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards in line with regulations and best practices.
• Partner with Technical Security to enhance access control, CCTV, alarms, and other physical security systems.
• Manage budgets, headcount, and security projects while ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Lead emergency response and critical incident management, including after-hours support.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Facilities, and Operations to ensure compliance and business alignment.
• Prepare executive-level reports and communicate security insights to key stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
• What You'll Bring
• 10+ years of security experience, including 5+ years in a corporate security leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in physical security, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, fire/life safety, and visitor management.
• Experience developing security policies, training, investigations, risk assessments, and large-scale security programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational experience and confidence engaging with senior executives.
• Data-driven approach to security management using metrics, audits, and threat intelligence.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: ASIS CPP or PSP.
• Additional experience in Travel Security, Crisis Management, Executive Protection, and Business Continuity is a plus.
