• Leading physical security operations across the UK & EMEA
• Managing and developing a hybrid team of in-house and outsourced security professionals
• Driving incident response, investigations, crisis management, and business resilience
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external security partners
• Developing and implementing regional security strategies, policies, and standards
