Security Lead in Frankfurt am Main

I’m currently supporting an exciting international company entering a new phase of growth in Germany and looking for an experienced Security Lead to join their Corporate Security team in Frankfurt.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in establishing and maintaining a high-quality security operation within a growing international business.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting the day-to-day security team
• Coordinating shift coverage and operational activities
• Responding to and coordinating security incidents
• Monitoring surveillance systems and access points
• Conducting regular site patrols and security checks
• Supporting training and ensuring SOPs and security procedures are followed
• Preparing accurate incident and security reports
• Maintaining a safe, secure and professional environment for employees and visitors
• Acting as a key point of contact for security-related matters

What we’re looking for:

• Valid driving licence
• 3+ years of security experience, ideally within a corporate environment
• Previous experience as a Security Lead, Supervisor or similar
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm and decisive approach when dealing with emergencies or challenging situations
• Good attention to detail and situational awareness
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace

This is a fully onsite position – 5 days per week.
