Our client is a leading global law firm seeking a Project Manager – RE&D Technology to lead the delivery of technology workstreams across office buildouts, relocations, and workplace modernization initiatives throughout the EMEA region, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality execution.
Project Details
- Duration: 6 months (potential for extension to 12 months)
- Workload: 5 days per week (full-time)
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technology workstreams for office buildouts, relocations, and refurbishment projects across EMEA.
- Coordinate the implementation of workplace technologies, including AV systems, network infrastructure, cabling, and server room environments.
- Align technology delivery timelines with construction and design schedules to ensure readiness for office openings.
- Collaborate with real estate, design, construction, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage third-party vendors responsible for AV, cabling, and infrastructure delivery.
- Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure all technology solutions comply with global standards and operational requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and technology readiness for new and refurbished office spaces.
- Support continuous improvement and standardization across workplace technology environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering technology or infrastructure projects in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of workplace technology, including AV systems, network infrastructure, and office IT environments.
- Experience managing projects related to office buildouts, relocations, or workplace modernization.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, construction, and external vendors.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working within structured PMO environments and methodologies (PMP or equivalent preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
- Fluent German and English required; German is a plus.
