Your role
Based in our Cape Town studio, you will oversee workflow management across our advertising and production teams, ensuring projects move seamlessly from briefing to delivery.
- Manage scheduling, prioritization, and allocation of creative and production resources across multiple projects.
- Track progress, flag risks, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Act as the central communication hub between creative, account management, and production teams.
- Implement and refine traffic systems to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, resource utilization, and upcoming capacity needs.
- Mentor junior traffic coordinators and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Contribute to production planning and assist with basic production tasks when required.
Your profile
- Degree or diploma in Project Management, Media, Advertising, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in traffic management within an advertising, creative, or production environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing studio workflows and resource allocation.
- Strong administrative and organizational background.
- Experience collaborating with creative and production teams.
- Production knowledge or hands‑on skills considered advantageous.
- Clear, confident communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Skilled at anticipating challenges and implementing proactive solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, and production workflows.
- Proven leadership ability to guide, motivate, and support team members
