Your role
- Acting as the subject matter expert for UX design in our growing team, you will own the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experience across web, mobile, and product platforms for all FRASER offices and our international clients.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product teams to bring concepts to life
- Translate complex requirements into simple, engaging user experiences
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data insights
- Ensure consistency across digital products through design systems and guidelines
- Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices
Your profile
- Degree or diploma in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Additional certifications in UX/UI tools or methodologies are advantageous
- Proven experience as a UX Designer (mid to senior level) in an agency or product owner environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design processes and solutions
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, and interaction design principles
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working for global brands and in international teams is a plus
