Your main roles and responsibilities
- Maintain and manage our ERP system (SAP S4/HANA) and be the contact for key users and business process owners
- Act as an interface between users, external service providers and partners in the implementation of organisational procedures and processes in the ERP system
- Analyse business processes within the organisation
- Give support and advise in the implementation or renewal of applications
- Improve ERP-supported business processes and implement the changes in close coordination with the specialist departments
- Maintain the IT and process documentation

- you have completed an education in information technology or have already gained experience in SAP S4/HANA or R3
- you already have experience in the modules Sales & Distribution (SD), Customer Service (CS) or Global Trade Services (GTS)
