Head of Labor Relations Germany (f/m/d)

For our client, a leading company in the e-commerce sector, we are looking for a Head of Labor Relations (f / m / d) .This role is responsible for maintaining and developing employee relations. This will involve managing a diverse team and maintaining constructive relationships with works councils and other employee representative bodies. This role is mainly based in Berlin and offers the opportunity for hybrid working.Tasks and responsibilitiesLeadership and Management :Lead a highly motivated and talented labor relations team.Build and scale the team to support effective employee relations.Strategic Planning and Implementation :Defining the strategic roadmap to shape relationships with key employee advocacy groups.Design and execute negotiations on strategic issues with works councils and other employee representative bodies.Developing and implementing mechanisms to promote employee engagement.Supporting business partners in implementing efficient employee relations processes.Engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders on critical issues relating to corporate strategy.Utilising anecdotal evidence, observations and hard data to problem solve and reliably deliver results.Candidate ProfilePassion for employee and labor relations.Proven success as an inspirational leader in building and scaling teams in HR or labor relations.Experience in collective labor law as an HR manager or with a labor law background.Sound experience in negotiating with works councils and building relationships with employee representatives.Fluent in German and English.The SR Group (Germany) GmbH is acting as an external recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
