We are looking for an HR Manager for a globally leading industrial manufacturing company, for their headquarters near Frankfurt. In this role, you will lead a small team and collaborate closely with the Plant Manager and the Head of HR.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and operational HR processes and structures.
- Support and implement organizational, procedural, and personnel changes.
- Act as a sparring partner and advisor to the management on all things HR and employment law.
- Cooperate closely and maintain a trusting relationship with the works council.
- Budgeting, personnel, and cost planning across the plant.
- Determine and monitor HR specific key figures.
- Collect data to develop and determine key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Personnel management of HRBPs, generalists, apprentices.
Profile
- Degree in business administration or law, with a focus on labour law, human resources management or comparable.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in operational and strategic HR, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Experience with works council.
- Leadership experience in a matrix environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors beneficial.
