Overview
In this role you will lead the design and execution of Europe-wide reward, compensation, benefits and performance programs within a professional services environment. You will partner with senior business leaders and global stakeholders to drive a modern, data-led reward agenda and to shape decision-making through benchmarking and analytics. You’ll own regional reward cycles, advise on complex compensation decisions, and drive pay transparency initiatives. This is a high-visibility, partnership-driven position that combines strategy, governance and stakeholder engagement to impact talent outcomes across Europe.

- Lead delivery and evolution of reward, compensation, benefits and performance programmes across Europe
- Partner with senior business leaders, HR teams and global stakeholders to guide reward strategy

- Significant reward experience within professional services or similar people-centric organisations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a partnership-led environment
- Experience advising senior stakeholders on reward strategy, governance and execution
- Background in in-house corporate reward teams or consulting environments
