Publisher Relations Manager (all gender)

Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for ambitious and performance-driven Publisher Relations Manager to independently manage and grow our partnerships with international publishers. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and developing projects in the gaming and esports space – with a strong focus on content production, creative marketing solutions, and sustainable relationship management. You will be responsible for selling our agency services and production capabilities, act as the key point of contact for our partners, and work closely with internal departments to ensure quality, budget, and timelines are met. This position is based on-site at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent management and expansion of existing publisher partnerships

• Development and implementation of tailored gaming and esports projects in close collaboration with partners

• Preparation of proposals, concepts, and presentations

• Participation in client meetings, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations

• Project coordination across internal departments and external vendors for seamless execution

• Ongoing monitoring of budget, timelines, and quality standards

• Creation of reports and analysis of campaign performance

Your profile

Required qualifications:

• Completed degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally with exposure to sales, agency services, or gaming

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• High level of initiative, organizational strength, and strategic thinking

• Deep passion for gaming and strong understanding of the industry

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with publishers or within a production environment (e.g., broadcast, content creation)

• Confident presentation skills and experience with proposal and pitch processes

• Technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
