Senior IT Manager (all gender)

Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for a highly experienced and solution-oriented Senior IT Manager to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our internal IT infrastructure. In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing and developing our IT systems, tools, and networks. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments and support a smooth technical setup for day-to-day operations as well as events and productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize our internal IT and network infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, backups, cloud services)

• Plan and implement new IT projects in close cooperation with internal departments

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support to staff

• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with access policies and endpoint protection

• Evaluate and integrate new systems, tools, and platforms

• Provide IT support for onsite productions and live events

• Document IT systems, workflows, and internal processes

Your profile

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT administration, ideally in a mid-size company or agency setting

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a university degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related discipline

• Solid expertise in network and system administration (Windows, Linux, firewalls, VPNs, routing/switching)

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure)

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken

Preferred:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools

• Interest in gaming and esports

• Experience supporting live events or productions
