Principal Activities
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Hamburg office
- Research, identify, and procure premium houses aligned with the brand and customer expectations (including setting up buyer advocate relationships as needed)
- Collaborate with designers to develop themes and concepts for each property, tailored to target audiences and marketing goals
- Partner with growth and marketing teams to align property selection with campaign objectives
- Provide creative direction during photo and video shoots to ensure compelling property presentation
- Create storytelling elements and engaging content that highlight lifestyle opportunities offered by each property
- Oversee the styling and furnishing process to deliver visually cohesive, high-impact spaces
- Source and negotiate with vendors to acquire high-quality furnishings and amenities
- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery
- Collaborate with legal team on property conveyancing matters
- Ensure property management and security are arranged prior to ownership transfer
- Continuously assess and improve prizing operations and marketing strategy based on feedback and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and industry professionals
- Support the internal team build-out as needed
- Coordinate contract management and compliance with legal support
- Partner with PR team to support press releases and property-related communications
Competences
- Bachelorâs degree in real estate / real estate related marketing, business, or equivalent field
- 7â10 years of experience within the Real Estate environment (e.g. project management, development, marketing)
- Proven background in real estate, interior styling, or related fields, ideally with a strong portfolio
- Experience in startups or fast-growth environments; able to thrive with shifting priorities and limited resources
- Ability to build a pipeline of desirable properties that reflect the âGerman dreamâ
- Strong design sense and awareness of lifestyle and aesthetic trends
- Knowledge of legal/regulatory processes related to property procurement and renovation in Germany
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a talent for storytelling and compelling visual content creation
- Self-starter with a hands-on, adaptable, and resilient work style
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality and organization
- Open to domestic travel for viewings, supplier meetings, and shoots
