Two spots with their own personality, right in the heart of Kreuzberg - and we're looking for a Shift Leader who can keep service running smoothly and make people feel welcome.
Tasks
Your shift. Your team.
You'll lead the floor, support your crew and keep an eye on the details. From the first briefing to the final handover, you'll coordinate service, stay connected with the kitchen and bar, and handle guest requests with confidence. When things get busy, you'll bring calm, clear decisions and a hands-on attitude.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant service and in leading shifts or a team.
- A warm presence with guests and clear communication with colleagues.
- Good judgement, reliability and an eye for what needs doing.
- A love for food, drinks and thoughtful hospitality.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
