Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis of loans, credit structures, and real estate development projects.
- Structure and evaluate credit arrangements and loan terms.
- Assess collateral and review legal covenants to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Analyze the tax implications of investments, including withholding tax and cross-border impacts.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with fund administrators and auditors to ensure timely fund accounting and reporting.
- Manage the investor database to facilitate accurate and timely investment distributions.
- Oversee relationships with investment brokers and custodians to maintain efficient fund operations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, insurance, and investment fund specializing in fixed-income, credit, or private debt.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various investment types.
Nice to have:
