Project focus:

The project aims to upgrade a Telco\’s core network infrastructure in the business sector to support new technologies, including All-IP Line products and Leased Line services.

• Development and enhancement of data management in SQL Server for landline and All-IP products, as well as integration of existing and new data sources from SQL Server and Oracle within CRM and workflow management systems.
• Creating a database in SQL that consolidates and merges data from various source systems, including CRM and workflow systems.
• Developing and expanding database analyses in Tableau for daily reporting.
• Providing guidance to specialist departments (Technology, Order Management) on data collection and customer data management.
• Continuously optimizing and further establishing the data management process and quality for future projects.

Key skills and Experience required:

• Expertise in designing data architectures
• Experience in the B2B sector
• Proficiency in database management systems, particularly SQL Server
• Strong command of SQL / PLSQL, Microsoft VBA, and Microsoft Access
• Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization
• Skilled in analyzing business processes and identifying data structure requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge of telecommunications, specifically landline networks (fiber optic, copper, FTTH, DSL connections)
