Project Overview

A global S / 4HANA transformation program is seeking an experienced Interim Source-to-Pay Expert to co-lead a cross-functional workstream. The consultant will guide process design, validate solution concepts, challenge implementation decisions, and ensure alignment with S / 4HANA best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead a mixed business / IT workstream with internal and external stakeholders
• Support process design discussions and drive S / 4HANA standard adoption
• Execute fit-gap assessments and evaluate alternative solutions
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; elevate issues in time
• Analyze pilot go-live results and define corrective actions
• Contribute to test cycles such as SIT, UAT, and mock runs
• Ensure end-to-end process consistency and quality of deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in SAP S / 4HANA transformation programs
• Deep expertise in SAP StP, ideally combined with SAP Ariba knowledge
• Proven ability to manage large-scale IT transformation initiatives
• Experience collaborating with system integrators
• Strong understanding of relevant SAP modules and S / 4HANA standard functionality
• Hands-on experience with validation / testing phases (SIT, UAT)
• Fluent English
