We are seeking independent journalists to join our group. Journalists will be responsible for creating content such as blog entries, articles, landing page content, and additional marketing content (email copy, etc.).
The content writer will be a crucial part of our overall content marketing efforts to support our local and small business clients.
To succeed in this role, the writer should be capable of conducting basic research when needed and can create engaging content that is industry-specific and tailored to reach specific audiences.
Requirements :
• Proficiency in researching and creating insightful and engaging blog content, articles, landing page content, and email copy targeted to audiences to help increase conversions.
• Willingness to learn about our overall content marketing efforts to help us provide the best possible service to our clients.
• Report to our content management team promptly (must respond to messages within 24 hours or less).
• Collaborate with other members of our marketing team to ensure that all content is on track and optimized for specific audiences.
• Familiarity with creating content optimized for SEO as well as conversions.
• Must be reliable and able to meet all deliverable deadlines.
• Must have Microsoft Word or equivalent software to create content in .doc or .pdf formats.
Compensation:
The independent writer will receive a base salary of $45/hour with the opportunity for higher rates depending on the complexity of the project.
