Primary Responsibilities
- Process management and support in M&A and Refinancing & Financial Restructuring
- Financial and business analysis
- Presentations for clients, boards or committees

Prerequisites
- Commitment to excellence
- Successful work experience (at least two years) in M&A and Refinancing & Financial Restructuring at leading institutions
- Degree in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, mathematics or sciences
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Fluent German and English
