h3About The Role /h3 pAre you an experienced CNC Miller/Frezer who is ready to combine your technical expertise with leadership responsibilities? As a Team Leader CNC Milling, you will lead a team of skilled CNC professionals within our machining environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the team while ensuring that production runs safely, efficiently and according to the required quality and delivery standards. This is a hands‑on leadership position. You understand CNC milling processes, can support your team with technical challenges, and know what is required to manufacture complex, high‑precision components. At the same time, you create structure on the shop floor, monitor performance and help your team continuously improve the way they work. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liLead, coordinate and support the CNC milling team during daily production activities. /li liPlan and distribute work within the team based on production priorities, capacity and deadlines. /li liMonitor daily production progress and take action when quality, planning or output deviates from expectations. /li liProvide technical support to CNC millers when machining or production issues arise. /li liEnsure components are manufactured according to technical drawings, specifications, tolerances and quality requirements. /li liSupport the setup and optimization of CNC milling machines, machining processes and production methods. /li liEnsure correct use of tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment and machining parameters. /li liWork closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Planning to resolve technical and operational issues. /li liIdentify bottlenecks and initiate improvements related to productivity, quality, lead time and efficiency. /li liSupport root‑cause analysis and corrective actions when production or quality issues occur. /li liEnsure that employees follow safety procedures, work instructions and quality standards. /li liCoach team members, provide feedback and contribute to their technical and professional development. /li liSupport the onboarding and training of new CNC employees. /li liEncourage ownership, teamwork and continuous improvement within the department. /li liParticipate in daily production meetings and communicate priorities, issues and results to relevant stakeholders. /li /ul h3What do you bring? /h3 pWe are looking for someone who combines strong CNC milling knowledge with natural leadership skills. /p h3You Have /h3 ul liSeveral years of hands‑on experience as a CNC Miller, CNC Frezer, CNC Machinist or similar machining professional. /li liExperience in a coordinating, senior, supervisory or Team Leader position, or the ambition and capability to take this next step. /li liStrong knowledge of CNC milling and machining processes. /li liExperience reading and interpreting complex technical drawings, GDT and tolerances. /li liKnowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, machining strategies and measurement techniques. /li liExperience working with high‑precision components, preferably within a high‑tech manufacturing environment. /li liGood understanding of quality requirements and dimensional inspection. /li liStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to support others with technical problems. /li liA structured and quality‑oriented way of working. /li liStrong communication and people‑management skills. /li liThe ability to set priorities and remain organized in a dynamic production environment. /li liA continuous‑improvement mindset.Good command of English.
