At Freqcon, an Amper Group company and a leader in the manufacture of semiconductors for renewable energy applications, we are looking for a Finance Director. Reporting to the Director of the Energy Management and Storage Division and the CFO of Amper Group, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and financial management of the business.
What will you do in your day-to-day role?
- Treasury Management: monitoring cash flows and costs.
- Financial Planning and Strategy: budget preparation, profitability analysis and tax planning.
- Financial control and analysis, including the identification of financial trends.
- Optimising profitability and ensuring medium- and long-term financial sustainability.
- Regulatory compliance and audits.
- Banking and financial institution relationships.
- Financial talent management and special project management, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Corporate Social Responsibility, with a focus on financial sustainability.
What do you need to join us?
- Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in senior finance management positions, preferably within project business.
- Experience in local commercial law (HGB) and IFRS.
- Experience working in multinational environments and companies with matrix organisational structures.
- Previous experience in listed companies would be highly valued.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP FI-CO.
- Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
- Strong hands on mentality, analytical skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative and strategic thinking, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
