Key Tasks
Acquiring and expanding our existing customer base in the Managed Services sector
Identifying customer challenges and potential solutions that deliver clear business value based on our portfolio
Leading the sales management of acquisition projects from lead qualification through to successful closure, working closely with the sales team
Developing business cases and ROI analyses in collaboration with our Managed Services experts
Providing commercial support during solution and proposal presentations, leading negotiations and securing business deals
Working closely with Sales and Marketing on targeted customer acquisition activities
Contributing to the further development of our solution portfolio based on customer and market requirements
Key Qualifications
In‑depth expertise in the field of security‑critical IT systems and managed services
More than 10 years’ relevant professional experience, ideally with a background in pre‑sales or project management
At least 5 years’ successful sales experience in selling managed services and service level agreements (SLAs) to public clients
Experience with customers in the First Generation Managed Service
Ability to understand complex client requirements and derive tailor‑made solutions with genuine business value
Strong interest in modern business solutions in the field of managed services and as‑a‑service (aaS)
Supporting (public sector) clients throughout the procurement process
Confidence in handling business metrics, calculations and business case analyses
A confident, innovative manner, as well as a high degree of initiative and willingness to take responsibility, including in escalation and conflict management
Strong interpersonal skills, persuasiveness and a proven track record of closing deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Willingness to travel on business for approximately 30% of the time

Salary The remuneration for this position consists of: the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 64,500 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
