Key Tasks

You are the point of contact for your customers at the 3rd level/vendor support level and analyze and fix system errors.

You plan and implement system updates and enhancements for complex IT systems.

Thanks to your proximity to customers, you understand their needs and operational requirements and contribute to ongoing product improvement.

You will participate in international projects in collaboration with branches and partner companies.

Conducting customer training both on site and at headquarters rounds off your area of responsibility.

You will review technical solutions with regard to security requirements, evaluate necessary measures, and implement them.

Key Qualifications

Thanks to your proximity to customers, you understand their needs and operational requirements and contribute to ongoing product improvement.

You will participate in international projects in collaboration with branches and partner companies.

Conducting customer training both on site and at headquarters rounds off your area of responsibility.

Practical experience with Linux, knowledge of telecommunications interfaces and protocols are an advantage.

Technologies that match your profile: Linux Red Hat, hypervisor platforms (VMware, Linux KVM), network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, HTTP, etc.), and Whireshark, Nessus, SBC.

You will review technical solutions with regard to security requirements, evaluate necessary measures, and implement them.

Salary The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 47,800 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
