You maintain an overview of an international project portfolio and analyse project status and risks based on relevant performance indicators You conduct project reviews and work with project teams to identify improvement opportunities and areas for action You support the definition and tracking of measures aimed at stabilising projects You coordinate cross-functional topics and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions You prepare management reports, presentations and decision-making materials, ensuring transparency across ongoing projects You work closely with experienced Task Force Project Managers and support the analysis of complex project situations Key Qualifications
Initial experience in project management, PMO, project controlling, or a comparable coordination role Interest in complex customer projects within an IT, software, or technical environment Strong analytical skills and a passion for structuring complex topics and situations Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%) Willingness to undergo a security clearance process Nice to Have
Experience with project management methodologies and tools Knowledge of IT, software, or system integration projects Experience within the public safety sector or other safety‑critical environments Our Values
